Friday 30 May 2025
8.00AM – 5.30 PM
Come along for a full-day cultural adventure through the Illawarra and South Coast, exploring some of the region’s most historic and beloved Schools of Arts, celebrating community, creativity, and the spaces that have nurtured both for generations.
This special SMSA event includes visits to the Clifton and Berry Schools of Arts where you’ll discover beautiful heritage buildings, explore local art exhibitions, and learn about the enduring role these institutions play in regional life.
Onboard commentary will bring the stories of each site to life, complemented by guided tours, when available, that reveal their past and present purpose.
The day also features a visit to Gerringong Library and Museum (GLaM), where we’ll attend the Worldwide Knit in Public Day exhibition opening, complete with refreshments.
We’ll break for lunch midway, so feel free to bring your own or enjoy one of the many local cafés. And if time allows, we’ll make a few scenic stops at local landmarks along the way.
🕣 The coach departs SMSA at 8:30am sharp on Friday 30 May.
🎟️ Tickets: $50 per person. Bookings essential as places are limited.
