The Communications Group Meeting Friday 8 May 2015
The leader of this group’s computer was hijacked a few days ago!
A hijacked computer is something we all dread as attacks of this kind can be very destructive.
Hearing about problems of this kind may make you pause and reflect on what you would do if you lost control of your computer’s screen and your antivirus program failed to detect the source of the problem.
John Lucke, the owner of the computer, found a solution to this hijacking after many hours of searching and at this meeting he will explain how he resolved the problem.
There will be a general discussion and a question and answer session at the meeting for anyone who has any computer or communication problems.
The Communications Special Interest Group will meet on the 1st floor of the Sydney Mechanics’ School of Arts on 8 May at 1PM.
Visitors are always welcome.
