Notice of Annual General Meeting
February 21, 2024

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Sydney Mechanics’ School of Arts will be held in the Henry Carmichael Theatre, Level 1, 280 Pitt Street, Sydney on Tuesday 12 March 2024, commencing at 12:30pm.

 

Business of the Meeting

  1. To elect five (5) Directors.
  2. To receive the Annual Report and Audited Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2023.
  3. Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous AGM held on 14 March 2023.
  4. To consider the proposal for Life Membership.
  5. Appointment of Auditors for 2024

 

Members desiring to bring any business before the Annual General Meeting must give notice in writing of that business to the CEO by the close of business, Monday 4 March 2024. The notice must be signed by not less than three members qualified to vote.
